Returns
We accept returns within [1-3days] of the original rental date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide a receipt or proof of rental.
To start a return, please contact us at info@ewakastudios.org with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send your rental back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [1-3days].

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@ewakastudios.org
Shipping Costs

Rental shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Equipment Rentals – Refunds & Returns Policy
At Ewaka Studios, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer a flexible and fair rental experience. Please review our policy below for returns, cancellations, and refunds related to equipment rentals.
Rental Cancellations

Free cancellations are allowed up to [1-2days] before your scheduled rental start date.

Cancellations made within [1-2days] of the rental period may incur a [0% cancellation fee or flat fee].

No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
To cancel, please contact us at info@ewakastudios.org as soon as possible with your booking details.
Returns

Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date/time in the same condition it was rented.

Late returns may result in additional charges per [day] as outlined in your rental agreement.

If equipment is returned damaged, a repair or replacement fee will apply based on the extent of the damage.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellations made within the eligible time frame.

Equipment failure not caused by misuse and reported within the rental period (subject to inspection).

Overpayments or duplicate charges.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Equipment
You are responsible for the equipment while it’s in your possession:

If returned damaged, a repair or replacement cost will be charged.

If lost or stolen, full replacement value will be charged to your account.

We recommend inspecting equipment upon pickup and reporting any issues immediately.
